The site is operated by Bioenzene Private Limited, a licensed pharmacy (Drug Licence No. MH-SAN-638494) based in Sangli, Maharashtra.

Orders and prescriptions

• Placing an order is a request; an order is confirmed only after our pharmacist verifies availability, price and any required prescription.
• Prescription (Schedule H / H1) medicines are dispensed only against a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner.
• We do not process requests for Schedule X or habit-forming drugs.
• We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a prescription is invalid or incomplete.

Pricing and payment

Prices are confirmed at the time of order confirmation. Payment options are shown at checkout or arranged on delivery.

Delivery

We offer home delivery across Sangli and Satara, subject to availability and serviceable areas. Delivery times are estimates.

Returns

For safety reasons, medicines once dispensed are generally not returnable, except where an item is damaged, expired or incorrectly supplied. Please contact us promptly in such cases.

Use of the website

You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the site. All content, branding and the Bioenzene logo are our property and may not be used without permission.
